Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized and personalized nature of our corporate gifting products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographic evidence. Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Policy for Edible Products

For edible items such as chocolates, cookies, cakes, or gourmet hampers, any issue must be reported within 24 to 36 hours of delivery. As these items are perishable, we are unable to process returns, refunds, or replacements beyond this time frame.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered item is significantly different from the approved design or product description
  • The product is damaged upon arrival and cannot be replaced
  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen operational or logistical reasons

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement Policy

Free replacements are offered for:

  • Products received in damaged, defective, or broken condition
  • Orders where an incorrect item has been delivered

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear supporting images.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible, especially for customized, personalized, bulk corporate orders, or event-related services that have already entered production or preparation
